Terms and conditions
1. By using the services of Wk Solar, you are agreeing to all of the terms and
conditions outlined in this agreement.
2. Wk Solar reserves the right to change or modify any of these terms and conditions
without prior notice.
3. Wk Solar is not responsible for any damage or harm caused to the customer’s
property as a result of using our services.
4. Wk Solar is not responsible for any injury or illness that may occur to the customer
as a result of using our services.
5. The customer is responsible for any costs associated with the installation and
operation of the solar system that deviates from the original scope of work.
6. Wk Solar reserves the right to request payment in full prior to the commencement
of any work.
On projects 80% on order and 20% after handover
Orders 100% only
7. The customer is responsible for all taxes associated with the purchase and
installation of the solar system on personal claims.
8. Wk Solar company reserves the right to terminate services at any time if payment
was not paid according to section 6. and deviation from scope of work.
